• Second floor (no lift, but bikes are easy to carry through the stairs)

• The price includes all utility bills and taxes
• We provide bed linen and towels.
• You’ll be required to sign a contract and pay in advance.
• I ask for non refund policy. It may be a good idea to use an insurance to cover major issues.
• The apartment has a licence and I can provide a legal bill.
